I took a visit to the Canadian National Exhibition in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This annual event takes place for about three weeks leading up to the labour day weekend. A large midway, shows, vendors and of course, my favourite, the food building make every trip memorable. This year I was lucky enough to try something new to me, and was so good I had to share with you!
This delicious treat starts with dough being rolled onto a pin, and covered in sugar. The Pin is placed inside an oven for a brief period to cook the dough. Once its cooked, its removed from the oven, lathered in butter and the customization process begins.
After the butter, it is rolled in caramel corn, placed into a cup, filled with frozen yogurt, and covered with chocolate turtles and caramel drizzle.
