I started as a kid who was that peanut butter and jelly with the crust cut off – eater. I had a bland sense of taste, and could and would take zero risks when eating. Boy, do things change. I hated fish, my parents’ home cooked chilli, and would eat my spaghetti with only butter.

The opportunities i’ve had to travel have widely opened my eyes to new experiences. I have began taking more risks, and allowed my self to try new things. This has led to a smaller passion of mine, FOOD. How can anyone not have a passion for the things they eat. With the lifestyle I have now, working as much as I do, it has given me a greater appreciation for amazing food. Travelling for business, with the tight schedules, you don’t always get enough time for a great meal. This has made amazing food more important to me. The understanding and appreciation I have for an great cooked meal.

My goal with this blog is to share my experiences with places I get to travel. Some stories about the road to get there, and the things I get to eat once I’m there. I Don’t want this to turn out to be completed a “foodie” blog. Because as much as I love food, I don’t think I would consider myself a foodie. Like I said in my first blog post, I don’t quite know what this is to me yet. At the time of me writing this, I am new to the blogging world. Its overwhelming. There are people doing this for a living. Did you know that? People who spend their lives traveling the world, eating and make money doing it by sharing their experiences with you.
